Edem provides a text-based AI companion for personal wellness, self-reflection, and emotional support. The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

To use our Service, you must register with your mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service to:

Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

All content and materials available on Edem, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of Edem and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your own risk. The content provided by the AI is for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Edem, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You can unsubscribe anytime by closing your Edem account.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
