How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain the Service: We use your phone number to send and receive messages and use your conversation history to provide a continuous and contextual experience with your AI companion.
  • To Personalize Your Experience: Your name, nickname, and companion preference are used to tailor the Service to you.
  • To Improve the Service: We may use anonymized or aggregated data to analyze trends and improve the functionality and quality of our AI models and the Service as a whole. Your personal conversations are not used to train models for other users.
  • For Security: To protect against fraud, abuse, and security risks.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as:

  • SMS Gateway Providers (e.g., Telnyx): To send and receive text messages.
  • AI and Cloud Hosting Providers (e.g., Google): To process your messages and generate AI responses. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
